Community Innovations, Inc. (CI) was established over fifteen years ago in response to a perceived and recognized need to address the gaps in community-based services for people with mental illness, developmental disabilities and addictive disorders. The philosophy and goals of the programs created are to offer these people an opportunity to have meaningful lives in their own community. Individuals began moving from an institution into a less restrictive, safe environment that insured the continuation of all necessary services and treatment while enhancing and encouraging independence and attainment of personal goals and outcomes.


Community Innovations, Inc
. is a privately held corporation that has provided person centered support services to individuals with disabilities. Community Innovations, Inc., formerly known as PC Contract Management, Inc. changed the name in March of 1997 to more appropriately reflect our approach to services. CI’s Senior Management Team, is lead by Andy Anderson President and the team members participate on state level planning committees, talk with advocacy groups and collaborate with other provider agencies to ensure that our services meet Best Practice and the individuals have individualized service needs met. We are proud to have achieved a high level of quality for residential care, day treatment and other community services during these years.


Community Innovations, Inc
has experience in reaching out to community businesses, advocacy groups and faith based organizations to assist with the desires and needs of the individuals we serve. Individuals served are able to have choice in community employment opportunities, volunteerism, social and advocacy group participation and religion.
